Running for Europe @ Vienna City Marathon
Alumni Meeting
"Running for Europe" is an initiative by the Austrian Society for European Politics (Österreichische Gesellschaft für Europapolitik, ÖGfE) to raise awareness towards the 2019 European Parliament election this May.
DA alumni and students who are interested in participating in the Vienna City Marathon’s half or relay marathon are invited to sign up via the DA to take advantage of a slight discount on the race fees (see below) by 15 February 2019 at the latest.
Half marathon: EUR 69.00 (instead of EUR 79.00)
Relay marathon: EUR 165.00 (instead of EUR 175.00)
Additional service charge per registration: EUR 5.00
Participants will be provided with “Running for Europe” shirts during a warm-up/practice run on Sunday, 24 March at 10:00 am in front of "Sportleroase" (Meiereistraße/Prater Hauptallee) or may pick up their shirts at ÖGfE (1090 Wien, Rotenhausgasse 6/9).
